This website is operated by Attrell Driveways (“we”, “us”), a family-run driveway and landscaping business working across London and the South East. You can reach us about anything on this page at Attrelldriveways@outlook.com.

We only hold personal information that you choose to send us — your name, contact details, postcode and whatever you tell us about the job, when you message us on WhatsApp or send us an email.

This website has no contact form, no accounts, no logins and no mailing list. There is nothing on it that collects information about you in the background.

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no social media pixels. Typefaces are served from this website’s own server, so no request is made to any font provider. We do not know who visits this site or what they look at.

We use what you send us solely to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell, rent or share your details for marketing.

Website hosting. Our hosting provider handles standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site online and secure.

WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried and stored by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms, not ours. If you would rather not use it, email us instead.

Email. Enquiries you email us arrive in and are stored by our business email system.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to meet normal business and tax record-keeping requirements, then deleted. If we quote for work you decide not to go ahead with, we delete that correspondence once it is clearly finished with.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Attrelldriveways@outlook.com and we will deal with it promptly and free of charge. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how this website handles personal information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
